Our Process
Our Eco-Friendly Trash Bin Deep Cleaning Process:
Step 1: Initial Bin Inspection and Preparation
Our specialized cleaning trailer arrives at your designated location on your scheduled day. Our certified technicians conduct a thorough inspection of your trash bin, documenting any pre-existing damage or issues. Any loose debris is carefully removed, re-bagged, and returned to your bin post-cleaning. Your bin is then securely loaded onto our state-of-the-art, 3,500 PSI pressure washing system, equipped with 360-degree rotating heads.
Step 2: High-Temperature Bin Sanitization
Your bin undergoes a deep, high-temperature sanitization process using 200-degree hot water. This intense heat treatment effectively kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, germs, and viruses, ensuring a hygienic and safe environment.
Step 3: Eco-Friendly Water Reclamation and Filtration
Our innovative cleaning system is designed to minimize water usage and protect the environment. Wastewater is meticulously collected and passed through a multi-stage, EPA-approved filtration process. This advanced filtration system recycles the water, reducing waste and conserving precious resources.
Step 4: Odor Neutralization and Critter Deterrence
To eliminate unpleasant odors and deter pests, we apply a specialized, eco-friendly odor neutralizer. This natural formula replaces odors with a fresh, clean scent. Additionally, our cleaning process removes food particles and residues that attract unwanted critters, such as rodents and insects and trash pandas (raccoons).
Step 5: Final Inspection and Curbside Delivery
Our technicians conduct a final inspection to ensure your bin is spotless and ready for use. A unique identification tag is attached to the bin handle for easy recognition on future service dates. Your freshly cleaned bin is then returned to its designated curbside location, ready to enhance the curb appeal of your property.
